Besides being male, Christian, white (sorry Martinez, you're about as Hispanic as Alberto Gonzales), right wing tools... they all voted against the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.
A bill to amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, and to modify the operation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, to clarify that a discriminatory compensation decision or other practice that is unlawful under such Acts occurs each time compensation is paid pursuant to the discriminatory compensation decision or other practice, and for other purposes.
May your re-election loss come down to the women you refused to give equal pay too!

So typical and predictable.

How many times will we see the same names voting "NAY"? A majority of the time I'm sure!

At least Lieber-loser didn't vote with them. He's being a good boy for now.

Watch Lily's reaction!

Look at these dumb ass right wing hacks. Look closely. These assholes will be taken down.

We do not have the need anymore for these extremists.

It is time to make their names public and scream them loudly from the rooftops. How do you justify voting against fair pay? What possible explanation can you have?

BTW: If anyone has a minute please call Senator Barabara Mikulski and thank her for all of her hard work on this bill. She fought like hell on this and she was exactly the fighter that was needed.

I watched some of the debate yesterday on the bill and she was feisty as ever. I love to hear her no-nonsense speeches!

Here's the full vote. Notice that every single Republican Woman voted Yea - and so did Specter. Is Arlen Specter the ONLY male moderate Republican Senator? Are the rest extremists? Jeebus.

I would support Republican moderates in those states taking down Sessions and Cornyn and Kyl and Inhoffe and the other extremists. In the South, I think that it is lost to Republicans no matter what but some of these other states - OH, AZ, even TX I think that Dems can take them down.

Bastards.

There is stubborn mindset here in AZ on conservative thinking. Fuck-em' I say.

When Kyl comes up for re-election we need a strong challenger, like Gabrielle Giffords from the Tucson area (if she doesn't run for Governor). She's not quite a blue-dog but is more moderate than most. But it's a first step in removing that Mother Fucking boot licker Kyl... I have zero tolerence for his kind.

When is he up, SoS?

I am sure that the DSCC is already grooming people to challenge him. How conservative is AZ? I know that it tends to be an older population, snow birds and such...but isn't there a whole new group of young people that have moved in? Young families and professional people, etc? I thought that AZ was one of the states that boomed with the housing bubble? Are the foreclosures excessive? What is the ratio of House members - D:R?

2012

How conservative is AZ?

Locally it's pretty bad and the people here never learn. Bunch of rednecks and bigots. Even the longtime Mexican descent residents are bigots. They voted Sheriff Joe back in and his republi-con hounddog DA Andrew Thomas.
Majority in state house (38-25) and senate (18-12) and repuke governor... after Janet Napolitano left. Napolitano was in a real difficult situation always fighting the state congress. Our schools are the second worse in the Nation next to MS.
Yes, we have a lot retirees who do not want to pay taxes to support schools and continue to vote that way.
We are facing a huge budget shortfall this year, 1.6 Billion, it doesn't look good.

On the National side we have been kicking the old repukes asses.
Dems... Gabrielle Giffords (moderate), Raul Grijalva (mine, and a huge liberal), Ann Kirkpatrick (newbie), Harry Mitchell (leans liberal), Ed Pastor (moderate).
Repukes... Jeff Flake (not a bad man, just a very cost conscience conservative, I kind of respect him), Trent Franks (scumbucket, do nothing), John Shadegg (another shady land dealer).

From what I have seen of President Obama, Lieberloser won't be doing anything but voting with the Democrats, now and in the future.

Obama may be a nice guy, but I am beginning to see another side of him, and that side is one that says don't fuck with me.
